Employee  welfare  is  one of  the biggest  priorities  at  Jawaher  Mills. Training  sessions  are  regularly organized to keep the skilled workforce attuned to the latest technological advancements. Besides complying with the statutory labour laws, hostel accommodation, subsidised food, etc. are extended. At present, the employee strength stands at 2400.

Our organization’s culture is made up of all of the life experiences of  each employee brings to this organization. Our organization's Culture is especially influenced by our founder, executives, and other managerial staff because of their role in decision making and strategic direction.

Our mission statement about treating people with respect and dignity is not just words but a creed we live by every day.

We provided almost 96 houses to the employees of our factory at Morane. We also  provide cottages and quarters to the officers. Organization also providing subsidised food and milk to the employees. We give  "Aadharsha Kamgar Award" on 26 January of every year to atleast 15 employees for appreciating their good work. Each & every employee get the medical insurance from the organization.
